GM Rooters (http://gmrooters.jp/) is operated by Graymatter Inc. The terms and conditions below regulate the use of http://gmrooters.jp/.

Privacy Graymatter will not let a third party see or use your personal details without your prior consent. You have the right to see your personal details upon request. If the information is incomplete or incorrect, you have the right to have the information corrected or deleted.
Prices All prices in the http://gmrooters.jp/ are stated in JPY. The price of each product is stated excluding shipping costs but including Japanese VAT.
International Orders We currently accept international orders only for Negroni products (http://gmrooters.jp/negroni/en).
Domestic Orders For domestic orders, please access our Japanese website to complete the transactions. English-speaking customers living in Japan who wish to seek help, feel free to contact us.
Payment For international orders, we only accept payment by credit card VISA / Mastercard / American Express / JCB / Discover. We also accept PayPal for the security they provide for both parts in a transaction. For domestic orders, we only accept COD (cash on delivery).
Shipping and Handling Fee 4,200 yen flat rate shipping worldwide. If you wish to order more than one shoes, please process your order through our online form so we can offer you a discount on the shipping and handling fee.
Delivery All international orders are shipped via EMS (http://www.post.japanpost.jp/int/ems/index_en.html, domestic orders are shipped via Yamato Transport (http://www.kuronekoyamato.co.jp/english/).
  • We will make every effort to process your order as soon as possible.
  • All Negroni products are built-to-order manufacturing. The delivery date is about one month from the day of your order. Your package will delivered directly from the manufacturer.
Currencies Graymatter cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the JPY into any other currency.
Cancellation and Exchange We do not accept cancellation of order.
However, only in case there is a manufacturing defect, or that a wrong item is delivered to the customer, we accept exchange of products.If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us at info@gmrooters.jp as soon as possible to reserve another product. During 14 days from the delivery of your package you may exchange your order. You must return the purchased products to Graymatter Inc. in perfect condition. The products should not have been worn, used or washed. Exchange will only be accepted if the products are returned with the original packaging fully intact and the original labels still attached to each product. You must also return the original invoice. Gryamatter will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping. Any shipping charges that may incur when exchanging the products are on responsibility of Graymatter Inc.

Only for Negroni Products
If the delivered shoes feel a bit loose, we can adjust your shoes for about 0.5cm smaller. We can not adjust the shoes to make it bigger. For size adjustment, send the item to the following address to ensure correct delivery. Customers remain 100% responsible for overseas/domestic shipping costs in all directions, and for all incurred delivery fees and VAT taxes or surcharges. Size adjustment can only be made once per item.
